Forms do not transmit your information
The contact, contribution and memory forms validate entries in your browser only. They do not send, upload or permanently store names, email addresses, messages or photographs. The fields are cleared after a successful validation check.
Memories and photographs
Selecting a photograph in a form keeps it on your device; the file is not uploaded. Any future archive contribution process should separately verify ownership, permissions, names, dates and context before publication.
Publication consent
Completing a form on this website does not publish anything. If a contribution service is added later, publication will require a separate agreement covering permission, credit and withdrawal.
Analytics
This website does not include an analytics provider or advertising tracker.
Browser storage and films
The website uses session storage to avoid repeating the opening animation during the same browser session. Film embeds are not loaded until you choose to play them. Loading a film connects your browser to YouTube, whose own privacy terms then apply.
Retention
Because the current forms do not transmit or store submissions, there is no server-side form data to retain or delete.
Questions
The contact page can help you prepare a clear inquiry. It also explains that form entries remain on your device in this local website.
